This pdf is also not the t-sql programming book as the picture and description depict, but instead it its the t-sql querying book.

But, according to the description, I think is not the book you want to share)
Now the description is about “Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2008: T-SQL Programming”, but the shared file is “Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2008: TSQL Querying” (which, btw, is a great book
P.S.: I don’t know if you have how to get it, but Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Internals (also from MS Press) would be a great book to add to that last titles you shared.
