Too many pages to mention really, of the pages that are available they are either incomplete [i.e. just the top text is available and the bottom half isn't printed], or completely blank.
Pages include the following; 3.4.5.30.34.41.42.43.54.58.59.63.65.66.67.69.70.71.73.79 e.t.c. if you can rescan id really appreciate it……… thanks!
