Damn! Caught like a noob! There is some incompatibility between the file and the latest Acrobat reader. On a Mac, first open the downloaded file in Preview. Save as … When the dialogue opens hit the quartz button and select saving as PDFX-3. Now file reads like a charm.

This book is awesome, but there is something wrong with the file – I have tried everything from switching browsers to switching download servers and it still skips pages. Please, please check your original file and fix if possible.

Wow!, Thanks for your response. I am an American living in Germany and working for the US Army. Tried to download three times. It downloaded, but the file is not complete. The first time I thought it was maybe an incomplete connection, but all three times (with two different PCs and three different browsers) the same pages were missing. I would appreciate the help. Thanks

If you use anoyn.to or something like that it will block the referrer making links last longer

Link Doesn’t work.
It’s there but something is wrong with the rapidshit server’s mirror. It always fails to download, either from my home or my parents…
